Important Note: The hoodie fits oversized, so we recommend going one size down for a more standard fit.

How does the pre-order process work?
When you place a pre-order, you reserve an item that is either out of stock or not yet released. You will be charged at the time of order, and your item will be shipped within 30 days from your purchase date or 15 days after the release date.
What happens if my pre-ordered item doesn't arrive on time?
If your pre-ordered item is not shipped within 30 days from your order or 15 days after the release date, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method. You will be notified as soon as your item ships, and tracking information will be provided.
HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?

HOW DO I MAKE A RETURN?
At Vallanxe, we aim to make returns and exchanges as simple as possible. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return or exchange your items within 30 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible for a return, your item must: Be in its original condition, unworn, and with all tags attached. Be returned within 30 days of delivery

WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY REFUND?
Once your returned items are received, we aim to process your refund within 7 working days. If you haven’t received your refund within this timeframe, please reach out to us at hello@vallanxe.com, and we’ll gladly assist you.
I HAVE NOT RECEIVED MY ORDER, WHERE IS IT?
Why I have not received my order within the estimated time?
Please check the following before contacting our customer service team:
- Check you have received an email confirming your order has been dispatched.
- Check the tracking information that is included in your dispatch confirmation email using the relevant link.
- Check for emails, phone calls and attempted delivery cards from one of couriers, it may be that your parcel is being held at your local depot awaiting collection or redelivery.
- Check nobody at your address has taken the delivery on your behalf
Although our couriers should not leave your parcel with a neighbour its always worth checking with your neighbour just in case.

All duties and taxes are included for UK orders, ensuring there are no unexpected fees upon delivery. At the moment, we do not ship outside the UK.
